North Dakota had what I like to call a working capitol. It wasn't designed to look grand or anything, but was designed to be a working place. It was actually really nice to see a capitol building like that. Even though it was built for work it was still gorgeous to look at. The memorial hall was amazing, and you could even go up the tower to the top and look all around Bismarck! Although, truthfully, there wasn't much to see. The liberty bell for North Dakota was given to a random high school so we unfortunately didn't get to see it.
