Kentucky State Capitol

Kentucky had a pretty nice capitol. When I got there it was Earth day and so there was a bunch of festivities outside in relation to Earth day. The capitol itself was fun to walk around in. Their rotunda was super cool in that it changes color continuously. They also have a doll display that shows the dresses of each first lady (and women governor) that was present. Their chambers were slightly on the smaller side and fairly normal looking. The gardens around the capitol were gorgeous though as the flowers were just coming into bloom. The tour lady was also really good and knew her stuff.

Kentucky Liberty Bell

To find the liberty bell I had to go to the Kentucky Historical society. Unfortunately the society was closed so I had to go behind the building, find the gates and take a picture from outside.
